we WORK out what you need
If we think we're the right fit to help you solve your problem, we'll suggest an initial consultation, either online or in person.

This is free (yes, free). We'll sit down with you and get a better understanding of what you need, and talk about possible ways we can help and what they involve.

we tell you how and what we'll deliver
If you decide you'd like to proceed, we'll prepare a proposal. This will set out:

what we understand the problem to be

how we suggest addressing it

key activities and deliverables (what we'll do and what you'll get)

fee structure (fixed fee or hourly rate)

our terms and conditions of engagement
