Our story

My name's Raquel Bità, and I've been in the business of improving businesses for over 20 years.​

​​I've worked as an analyst, consultant and writer across multiple industries, and have been a small business owner for even longer. You see some stuff in that time (and learn a bit along the way).

One thing that never changes is the satisfaction that comes from unwrinkling a problem and delivering a solution. No matter the size or nature of my clients, the thrill of "fixing" things never wears off.​​

When I'm not solving the world’s problems one business at a time I'm usually in the garden or kitchen, or addressing the relentless demands of my menagerie of pets.
